I'm Kristy Sánchez Hussey.
Integrative Health and Wellness Therapist & Coach
Direction and management of SPA centers.
More than 15 years ago I began my career in the accompaniment towards the well-being of the person.
For 11 wonderful years I have had my own school directing my own project SPA in which I have learned a lot from the people who visited us seeking to reconnect with their physical essence and psychological and emotional.
This strategic and focused look at well-being motivated me to continue learning about the body-mind-emotions relationship and the benefits of its balance for a healthy life.
During that time I began to train in different areas, highlighting the use of Bach Flowers, as one of my tools for the therapeutic process thanks to the continuous learning that I receive from my teacher and mentor Alicia Nevado.
Later, I became certified as an Integrative Health and Wellness Coach at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition with the intention of helping people find balance through nutrition, physical activity and good personal relationships for a healthy and fulfilling life. .
I am currently studying the Degree in psychology and I am close to finishing it, it fascinates me...
So far my official Curriculum.
But without a doubt, the most important part of my learning is my own personal experience.
At various times in my life, I have felt frustration for not understanding myself, for the need to please others without taking into account my own needs, for fear of rejection, lack of affection or acceptance from others...
But with will and help I got to know myself, accept myself and love myself learning to practice happiness in my life and in that of others.
I also feel that having dedicated all the time I could to travel to get to know cultures, customs, landscapes and ways of living or thinking, have expanded my heart, my mind and empathy towards the world .
All this is what has led me to work accompanying people like you, accompanying them in the transformation of their lives into a peaceful and true experience and helping them (as they helped me).
