All sessions include meditations, materials and exercises tailored for you, as well as contact via whatsapp or email support between sessions.

This method is born from the profound search for the joy of living, 

of inner peace and personal care.

 

The tools we will use are based on psychology, natural health and wellness therapies, such as Bach flower essences, meditation, and the creation of life habits that promote your psychological and emotional balance, choosing the right techniques for you. .
